Does it come with everything I need?
Yes. Every robe is a complete heated robe: heating pads, a 3-level remote and a wall plug are all included, so it heats straight from any outlet. Choose Add power bank to also get a 10,000mAh power bank, so you can wear it heated anywhere, on the couch, in bed or around the house, for up to 6 hours per charge.
What is the difference between the two options?
Robe only: heats when plugged into the wall with the included plug. Great if you mostly stay in one spot.
Add power bank: the same robe plus a power bank that fits in the pocket, so you get heated everywhere you go. Most customers choose this one.
Is it safe?
The heating pads run on low-voltage USB power and switch off automatically after 2 hours. They never get hot enough to burn.
Can I wash it?
Yes. Unplug the remote and cable (and the power bank if you have one), then machine wash on a gentle cycle and air dry.
How long does shipping take?
Demand is very high, so robes are made in batches. Your robe is finished and shipped within 2 weeks, then delivery takes 6–9 business days. Your tracking number is emailed within 1–2 business days, the day your label is created, and shows “label created” until your robe leaves production.
What size should I get?
One size fits most. It has a relaxed, oversized shape with plenty of room over pyjamas.
